Acceptable Use Policy

1. Operator, purpose and application

This Acceptable Use Policy (Policy or AUP) sets the conduct requirements for use of MenuAI services provided by World Travel Club s.r.o., company identification number (IČO) 07214073, with its registered office at Ostrčilovo náměstí 462/4, Nusle, 128 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic (MenuAI, the Company, we, us or our). Our contact for this Policy is team@menuai.pro.

The Policy supplements the applicable subscription or service agreement and Terms of Service when properly incorporated into that agreement. It applies within the services and access actually authorised, including business accounts, guest-facing functions, communications and any integrations or automated functions provided under the agreement. It does not grant access to a function that has not been ordered or authorised.

A business customer must take reasonable steps to ensure compliance by its authorised users and persons acting under its direction. Responsibility remains subject to their authority, the customer’s conduct and applicable law; a disputed action is not conclusively authorised merely because it appears against an account.

Visitors and guests must not misuse the services or infringe others’ rights. This does not turn a casual visit into a paid business subscription or make MenuAI the seller of a venue’s food or services. The venue’s sales relationship and the Company’s subscription relationship remain separate.

2. Authorised business use and account control

Use MenuAI only for lawful activities within the agreed service scope and for businesses or venues you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate identity and contact information. Do not claim ownership of another venue, create an account in its name without authority or falsely represent a relationship with MenuAI.

Grant users access appropriate to their responsibilities, protect credentials and recovery channels and withdraw permission when it is no longer justified. Do not sell, share or transfer access outside the rights granted by the agreement. Legitimate staff access, an authorised agency or an agreed integration is not prohibited merely because more than one person is involved.

Do not use another person’s account to evade a restriction, conceal the actual operator or obtain access to records you are not entitled to see. Notify team@menuai.pro promptly if you suspect compromised credentials or an unauthorised change affecting the service. Do not publish credentials as part of a support request.

These requirements do not remove the Company’s obligations to protect its services or its responsibility for its own breach. Account management must support lawful business operations without making every security incident automatically the customer’s fault.

3. Lawful offers and responsibilities to guests

A venue is responsible for the goods and services it offers, the lawful right to sell them and the information given to guests. Do not use MenuAI to sell, promote or facilitate unlawful goods or services, evade required licences or help another person commit a prohibited transaction.

Provide accurate material information about prices, mandatory charges, availability, fulfilment, booking conditions and applicable restrictions. Do not disguise a charge, display a deliberately misleading offer, take a payment for a knowingly nonexistent service or misrepresent a guest’s cancellation or refund rights.

Food descriptions, ingredients, allergens and dietary claims must be checked by the responsible business. Do not publish an unverified suggestion as an authoritative safety statement, remove a material warning to increase sales or claim that a recommendation guarantees suitability for a guest with an allergy or medical condition.

Observe applicable consumer protection, food safety, age-restriction, advertising, accessibility, tax and licensing requirements for your activity. Applicable sanctions or export restrictions must also be respected where relevant. A platform function or its availability does not by itself establish that a particular offer or use is lawful.

4. Illegal and harmful content or conduct

Do not use the services to create, store, publish, transmit or facilitate unlawful content or conduct. This includes content or activity that exploits individuals, threatens their safety or infringes protected rights. Context and applicable law must be considered; a lawful report, evidence preservation or good-faith discussion is not automatically prohibited because it mentions harmful conduct.

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or threats to distribute such material, including deceptive synthetic depictions used for that purpose.
  • Credible threats, incitement or assistance to violence, terrorism, human trafficking or other serious unlawful harm; instructions or transactions intended to facilitate those activities.
  • Harassment, stalking, extortion, unlawful intimidation, discriminatory abuse or encouragement of unlawful discrimination against an individual or group.
  • Publication of unlawfully obtained personal information, credentials or private communications, or disclosure intended to expose a person to abuse or an unlawful intrusion into their private life.

A content restriction must not be applied merely to suppress a lawful complaint, criticism, protected expression or the exercise of a statutory right. Where a particular restriction is required by applicable law, its scope and any legally required procedure remain controlling.

5. Fraud, impersonation and misleading material

Do not use MenuAI for fraud, phishing, theft, identity misuse, deceptive payment requests or attempts to obtain money or information through false authority. Do not impersonate a real person, venue, official body or the Company without lawful authority.

Do not fabricate reviews, ratings, testimonials, bookings, orders, guest interactions or endorsements to mislead others or manipulate a commercial result. Do not create synthetic images or statements designed to falsely attribute conduct or approval to an identifiable person or business.

Promotions and loyalty offers must communicate material conditions honestly. Do not create a false scarcity claim, conceal an eligibility restriction or knowingly misstate a reward. Legitimate corrections, test records within an authorised non-deceptive setting and clearly identified examples are distinct from fraudulent activity.

Do not falsely claim that MenuAI has certified your business, guaranteed a financial outcome or approved a regulated use. You remain responsible for the representations you make; this does not relieve the Company of responsibility for its own information or commitments.

6. Communications, marketing and spam

Use communication functions only where you have authority and the applicable lawful grounds. Obtain any consent required for a marketing message or channel, identify the sender accurately and provide and respect the unsubscribe or objection route required by law. Possession of an email address or a loyalty membership is not universal permission for promotional contact.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions, malicious links or communications intended to harass recipients. Do not use bought, scraped or otherwise obtained contact lists without the necessary lawful grounds and permissions, or evade a recipient’s refusal by changing accounts or channels.

A genuine order confirmation, booking update, security notice or response to a requested enquiry may have a different basis from marketing. Do not disguise advertising as a necessary transactional message or use a required message to impose unrelated tracking or promotional consent.

Reports of a service problem, lawful complaints and legitimate requests concerning personal data are not spam merely because they are inconvenient or critical. Reasonable protection against repeated malicious submissions must remain consistent with access to legally required remedies.

7. Privacy and protected information

Collect, provide and use personal data only for lawful, specified purposes and within the applicable agreement and instructions. Do not access another venue’s guest records, disclose a private profile without authority, sell unlawfully obtained data or repurpose guest information for unrelated advertising or surveillance.

Special-category information, including allergy or dietary details that reveal health or beliefs, requires the additional safeguards and lawful conditions explained in the Privacy Policy and DPA. This Policy does not prohibit a supported, lawful use merely because it involves an allergy preference; it does prohibit using an ordinary field as an unrestricted repository for unrelated sensitive information.

Do not enter full payment-card numbers, card security codes, authentication secrets or unnecessary identity-document copies in ordinary menu, order, message or support fields. Use only the appropriate authorised process for a transaction or required verification. Do not request sensitive details from a guest where a less intrusive means meets the lawful need.

Respect applicable requirements for children’s information without assuming that every guest is an adult or that a family booking authorises every later use of a child’s data. Do not collect or exploit information about a vulnerable person for an unlawful or harmful purpose.

The Company’s own purposes and the venue’s purposes remain distinct. This Policy does not authorise MenuAI to train general-purpose models with entrusted guest data or reuse it between venues. Mandatory information, consent, data subject rights and the restrictions in the DPA remain applicable.

8. Prohibited interference, hacking and technical reconnaissance

Without the Company’s prior written authorisation for the specific scope and method, you must not perform or attempt any of the activities below, directly or indirectly, whether manually, through automation or through another person. An unsuccessful attempt is prohibited even if no data is obtained and no disruption is immediately visible. The mandatory legal exceptions addressed in section 10 apply only to the extent the law actually requires.

A subscription, trial, guest account, public page, demonstration or ordinary support exchange is not permission to investigate, test or interfere with the platform. Permitted business operations through the supplied functions and an expressly authorised integration remain distinct from the prohibited activities.

  • Accessing or attempting to access an account, private record or resource outside your permission; using another person’s credentials; escalating privileges; or crossing the access boundaries between customers or venues.
  • Probing, scanning, mapping or enumerating non-public resources or access points; testing vulnerabilities, resistance or capacity; or conducting penetration or load tests without the specific written authorisation required above.
  • Exploiting a weakness; injecting unauthorised commands or content intended to defeat protection; guessing, cracking, stealing or intercepting credentials; or bypassing authentication, recovery, access controls, usage limits or protective checks.
  • Modifying, patching, replacing, injecting into or otherwise tampering with platform code or operation; intercepting or altering communications without authority; or manipulating records or execution outside the authorised functions.
  • Introducing malicious code, compromising a device or account, conducting denial-of-service activity, sabotaging availability or integrity, or deleting, corrupting, altering or extracting information without permission.
  • Conducting covert surveillance or technical or commercial espionage; using phishing, social engineering, false identities or pretended audit or support authority to obtain credentials, non-public materials, personal data or confidential information.
  • Commissioning, assisting, facilitating or concealing a prohibited activity, including through another account, contractor or tool, or evading a protective measure after access has been restricted.

Reporting a suspected vulnerability afterwards does not retrospectively authorise the test or access. Stop activity that may expose data or cause harm and use section 16 to report the concern. Further testing requires a separately agreed lawful scope and safe method.

This Policy creates no general research permission, public testing programme, right to access live customer data or immunity for unauthorised conduct. A claimed statutory exception must satisfy its actual conditions and does not extend to unrelated access, disclosure, exploitation or copying.

9. Automation, service limits and resource abuse

Use automated access only within the functions, permissions and limits actually made available or separately agreed. Do not create artificial traffic, repetitive requests or bulk operations intended to overload the service, defeat a restriction or interfere with other users.

Do not scrape private records or extract information outside your lawful access. Do not use automation to bypass a blocked action, harvest contact details without authority or operate another person’s account. Ordinary authorised administration and retrieval of your own records must be distinguished from prohibited extraction.

Do not systematically download, scrape, harvest, mirror or archive platform materials or accumulate service responses for an unauthorised database, replica or competing service. Making a resource technically reachable does not grant a bulk-collection or republication licence. The limits and exceptions in section 10 apply to the protected materials concerned.

Applicable service limits must be those communicated for your plan, interface or accepted arrangement. This Policy does not invent a numerical rate limit, grant unlimited automated access or impose a new undisclosed fee merely because a tool can generate additional requests.

Where a legitimate operation unexpectedly affects availability, cooperate in finding a proportionate way to perform it. Necessary protective restrictions should address the actual impact and preserve legally required access or assistance rather than operate as an automatic forfeiture of all customer rights.

10. Code, copying, reverse engineering, clones and trade secrets

Use photographs, logos, descriptions, software and other materials only where you have the necessary rights. Do not knowingly copy, publish or exploit material in a manner that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or another person’s lawful rights. Giving a content licence to MenuAI does not cure an absence of rights in the original material.

Do not remove ownership notices, falsely claim to be an official MenuAI representative or use branding to imply a sponsorship or authority that has not been granted. The Company likewise does not acquire a general right to advertise a customer endorsement simply because the customer uses the service.

Access is a limited permission to use the ordered service, not a transfer of the platform or a licence to obtain and exploit its code, protected interface, design, documentation or other protected materials. Except as expressly authorised in writing, permitted by an applicable licence or required by mandatory law, the following activities and attempts are prohibited.

  • Downloading, saving, copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, selling or making protected platform code or materials available outside permitted use, including creating a mirror, reusable archive or unauthorised copy of protected screens, designs or interaction flows.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, reverse compiling, translating code or otherwise attempting to derive or reconstruct source code, non-public interfaces, protected program expression or confidential operating information.
  • Modifying or adapting platform software or protected materials, removing or circumventing protection, or creating derivative works or an altered version outside the rights expressly granted.
  • Using access to MenuAI, demonstrations, protected materials or confidential information to recreate the platform, build or support a clone or competing product or service, or help another person do so. This includes systematic collection or analysis of service inputs and responses for that prohibited purpose.
  • Obtaining, using, transferring or disclosing non-public information through unauthorised access, deception, inducement to breach confidentiality or other dishonest means, including technical or commercial espionage carried out for yourself or another person.
  • Providing copies, extracted materials, access, instructions or assistance to another person to carry out these prohibited activities; removing proprietary notices; or reselling, sublicensing or otherwise commercially exploiting protected platform resources without an express right.

Ordinary automatic loading, execution and temporary caching by a browser to display and use an authorised page or function remain within permitted use. They do not grant permission to collect reusable code or materials, republish them or build a replica. A file’s visibility or delivery to the browser does not itself grant broader rights; publicly delivered information is not represented as secret merely because the Company owns rights in it.

Mandatory statutory rights, including any non-excludable right concerning necessary copies, observation, testing or interoperability, remain only within their legal conditions. An interoperability exception does not authorise using the resulting information to make an infringing replica or disclose it for an unrelated purpose. Where necessary interoperability information is not available, request it from team@menuai.pro before relying on an exception that requires it to be unavailable.

These are restrictions on the use of MenuAI access and protected resources, not a claim of exclusive ownership of every similar business idea. Your own content, lawful retrieval of your records and rights under an applicable third-party licence remain distinct. Nothing grants rights in the Company’s code or confidential information merely because you own the data entered into the service.

A lawful export, a good-faith review, a protected report, an audit under the DPA or disclosure required by law is not prohibited merely because it concerns the service. Such activity must remain within its lawful scope and does not grant general permission to obtain source code, conduct intrusive tests or disclose proprietary materials publicly. Confidentiality must be respected through appropriate channels without preventing a legally required examination or remedy.

11. Recommendations, content assistance and pricing

Where the ordered service provides recommendations, content assistance or pricing suggestions, use them as aids to an informed business decision. Review material outputs before publishing or applying them, particularly where an error could affect a guest’s safety, payment or statutory rights.

Do not present a suggestion as a medical diagnosis, a verified allergen assessment, a guarantee of compliance or professional advice where qualified review is required. Do not rely on a plausible description to invent an ingredient, omit an actual restriction or make an unsupported health claim.

Do not use assisted functions to generate fraud, unlawful discrimination, deceptive impersonation, fake endorsements or other prohibited material. Do not deliberately bypass protections to obtain unauthorised data or an output intended to facilitate harm. The use of an automated tool does not change the underlying prohibition.

Keep final prices, permitted ranges and guest-facing information under appropriate business control. Do not apply an unlawful discriminatory price, conceal a charge or exploit a guest’s protected or sensitive characteristic in a way prohibited by law. Lawful menu options and adjustments for a guest’s stated dietary need are not prohibited on that basis.

Disclose the use of automated or assisted interaction where applicable law requires it and do not deliberately mislead a guest into believing an identifiable person made a statement they did not make. This Policy describes permitted conduct without identifying internal technologies, suppliers or implementation methods.

12. Uses outside the agreed service and safety-critical decisions

MenuAI’s business and guest-service functions must not be repurposed as an unapproved system for medical treatment, emergency response, credit eligibility, employment selection, policing or other materially different regulated or safety-critical decisions. Any separately proposed use requires prior assessment and a valid express agreement; that agreement cannot authorise an activity prohibited by law.

Do not use an ordinary guest recommendation or business tool as the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effects where applicable law requires safeguards, review or a different lawful process. Do not conduct unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling or exploitation of a person’s vulnerability through the service.

Handling a lawful reservation, stated allergy or relevant accessibility need within a supported function is distinct from providing a regulated clinical or eligibility service. Restrictions must be applied to the actual purpose and risk rather than used to deny ordinary permitted venue operations.

The Company does not certify a high-risk use merely by making a feature available. A customer must raise an essential regulated requirement before relying on the service for it; the Company must not respond with an unsupported assurance of suitability.

13. Subscription, promotional and referral abuse

Do not use false business identities, multiple accounts, fabricated referrals or transactions to obtain trials, promotional benefits, commissions or limits that you are not entitled to receive. Do not evade a valid suspension through another account or disguise the actual beneficiary of an abusive arrangement.

Use only payment methods and billing information you are authorised to use. Do not intentionally submit fraudulent transactions or a knowingly false payment dispute. A genuine dispute, mistaken charge, request for an agreed adjustment or exercise of a statutory payment right is not prohibited conduct.

Do not manipulate orders, guest purchases or subscription records to mislead another person about revenue, entitlement or performance. Venue sales proceeds remain payable to the venue through its own payment arrangements; this Policy does not create a commission on those sales for MenuAI.

A suspected abuse must be assessed on its facts. This Policy does not impose an undisclosed penalty, an automatic seizure of a balance or a new right to retain partner earnings. Cancellation, refunds, credits, payment reconciliation and any remedy remain governed by the Terms, applicable partner arrangements and mandatory law.

14. Integrations and independent services

Connect an external business or payment service only where you hold the necessary authority and permissions. Do not use an integration to access another customer’s information, defeat a provider’s legitimate restriction or send information outside the purposes and recipients lawfully authorised.

Keep the business scope of a connection appropriate to your needs and check the result before relying on it for a sale or operational decision. Do not grant an agent or contractor authority to make commitments beyond the permission you intend. Each independent service’s applicable terms remain relevant to its own use.

The existence of an integration does not permit the Company to disclose guest records to an unrelated recipient or transfer them without the required arrangements. Subprocessor authorisation, processing instructions and international safeguards remain governed by the DPA where applicable.

No undisclosed third party’s future policy automatically replaces the rights already agreed with you through this AUP. If an external requirement materially affects a contracted service, it must be addressed through a lawful contractual and notification process.

15. Reporting suspected misuse or unlawful content

Report suspected misuse, unlawful content or an infringement to team@menuai.pro. Identify the relevant page, venue, account or material as precisely as reasonably possible, explain the concern and provide a safe way to contact you if clarification is needed. Where reporting on another person’s behalf, explain your authority where relevant.

Provide information sufficient for the issue to be assessed without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Do not forward harmful files, reproduce exploitative material or expose a guest’s full private record merely to prove a concern. A description and location may be more appropriate; we may request further proportionate evidence through a suitable channel.

We will assess reports in light of their substance and the applicable legal requirements. A report is not automatically conclusive proof, and a reporter need not personally investigate or expose themselves to risk before raising a reasonable concern. A legally required reporting route or remedy must not be rejected merely because it differs from a preferred support format.

Do not knowingly submit a false report or use reporting to threaten, extort or silence another person. A good-faith error, disagreement or failure to substantiate every detail does not by itself establish abuse of the process. If there is an immediate threat to safety, use the appropriate emergency service rather than rely on an ordinary support response.

16. Reporting a security concern responsibly

If you discover a suspected vulnerability, stop activity that could expose or alter data and report a concise description to team@menuai.pro. Include the affected function and the minimum information reasonably needed to reproduce or understand the issue safely. Do not include live credentials, access tokens or personal data that is unnecessary to the report.

Do not expand access, retain another person’s records, disrupt availability, demand payment to prevent disclosure or publish information that unnecessarily enables harm. Any further test requires an agreed lawful scope and safe method; acknowledging a report is not permission to continue exploitation.

A good-faith report made within the law and actual authorisation is not itself prohibited by this Policy. Calling an activity research, an audit or responsible disclosure does not authorise prohibited access, extraction, copying or interference. The Company will assess the actual conduct and any mandatory statutory protection, rather than treat the label as permission or every criticism as an attack.

This reporting channel does not establish a reward programme, a guarantee of a fixed response time or a blanket safe harbour for unauthorised conduct. Any payment, disclosure arrangement or additional research permission must be separately and expressly agreed where required.

17. Assessment and handling of reports

We may consider the report, relevant account information, available evidence and any response from the affected party to decide what action is justified. Review must remain within the purposes and lawful authority applicable to that information. An abuse report does not give unrestricted permission to inspect or reuse all customer data.

Where appropriate, we may ask for clarification, explain the issue to the affected customer and request correction or evidence of rights. We may limit the information disclosed where necessary to protect a person, a lawful investigation, security or confidential records, while still providing the information required by law.

This Policy does not promise advance review of every menu, message, output or transaction, or that all harmful activity will be detected. Nor does it exclude a monitoring, preservation, notification or action duty that applies under law to a particular service or event.

Measures and the available challenge route must follow the applicable contractual and legal requirements. Where law requires a particular explanation, notice process or complaint mechanism, a general statement in this Policy must not be used to replace it with a less protective process.

18. Proportionate enforcement and protective measures

Where reasonably justified by an actual or credible threatened breach, we may require correction, restrict the affected function, disable access to unlawful material, temporarily suspend affected access or terminate for a material breach under the agreement and applicable law. Measures should be directed to the issue and proportionate to its seriousness, urgency and effect on others.

For a remediable issue, we will provide appropriate notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it where circumstances and law permit. Immediate protection may be needed where delay would cause material harm, expose data, enable fraud or breach a legal duty. The reason for withholding advance notice must not become a general excuse to act without justification.

We may preserve relevant evidence or make a disclosure required by law, limited to the lawful purpose and appropriate protection. No clause authorises unrestricted disclosure of a customer’s data or automatic reporting of every allegation as proven criminal conduct.

Restriction does not automatically transfer ownership of content, cancel every financial obligation or allow the Company to retain every unused payment. Data protection, confidentiality, lawful return or deletion and any refund or remedy that is due remain subject to the agreement and law.

We remain responsible for our own obligations and for measures attributable to us under applicable law. This Policy does not grant blanket immunity for a mistaken restriction or excuse the Company from considering substantiated information.

Unauthorised intrusion, code extraction, copying, exploitation of confidential information or use of MenuAI resources to create a prohibited clone may constitute a material breach. Where the risk justifies it and law permits, we may block the affected access immediately without advance notice, preserve relevant evidence and seek urgent protective relief. A duty to give notice or allow correction is not a requirement to leave an attack or exfiltration in progress.

We reserve the right to seek cessation of infringement, appropriate interim or final court orders, return or lawful destruction of unauthorised copies, compensation for proven recoverable loss and recoverable costs, and cooperation with competent authorities where appropriate. On a lawful demand, you must stop the prohibited use and address copies held by you or persons acting for you, subject to mandatory evidence-preservation and legal requirements. These remedies depend on applicable law; this Policy does not invent an automatic fine or make an allegation conclusive proof.

19. Review, correction and restoration

If you believe a restriction or content decision is incorrect, contact team@menuai.pro, identify the decision and explain the relevant facts, authority or corrective action. Use any additional formal review route supplied where applicable law requires it. You are not required to waive a statutory remedy in order to ask for review.

We will consider the information and correct or lift a measure when its grounds no longer apply and restoration is lawful. An allegation does not make a person conclusively responsible, and a decision in one case does not automatically determine another case with different facts.

Restoration may require a proportionate step to secure an account or stop the prohibited activity. Such a step must relate to the issue and must not be used to demand unrelated consent or impose an undisclosed fee. The effect on service access and any financial reconciliation must be explained under the applicable agreement and law.

A request for review does not itself authorise evasion of an existing lawful restriction. Equally, the existence of a restriction does not prevent access to legally required information, a valid data request, a complaint or a competent court.

20. Relationship to the agreement and mandatory rights

This AUP elaborates the lawful-use obligations in the Terms of Service. It does not replace subscription terms, change the venue’s role as seller or expand the Company’s licence to customer content. Cancellation and refunds remain governed by the applicable agreement.

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any applicable DPA retain their respective subject matter. Accepting this AUP is not consent to optional tracking or marketing and does not override documented processing instructions, subprocessor authorisation or an individual’s data protection rights.

If provisions conflict, the agreement’s valid document-priority rules and mandatory law determine the result. A broad reference to abuse must not be used to remove an express commitment or a non-excludable right. Applicable Czech law and the contractual dispute arrangement remain subject to their mandatory exceptions.

Lawful complaints, fair criticism, protected expression, exercise of payment or data rights, cooperation with a competent authority and an audit properly conducted under the DPA are not prohibited merely because they are adverse to the Company’s interests. They must still be carried out lawfully and without unnecessary exposure of another person’s data.

21. Changes to this Policy

We may propose updates to reflect a change in law, contracted functions or the misuse addressed by the service. The version and preparation or update date identify the text. Material changes must be communicated through an appropriate channel with the notice and acceptance required by the agreement and law.

Publication alone does not retrospectively convert permitted conduct into a contractual breach, remove an accrued remedy or amend an existing accepted agreement where a further valid process is required. Urgent action needed to meet a legal duty or contain harm must have its actual lawful basis rather than rely on an unannounced rewrite of this Policy.

Restrictions must remain understandable and connected to their purpose. A decision not to act immediately in one case does not by itself waive a lawful right, but it does not permit arbitrary treatment or avoidance of mandatory obligations in another.

22. Contact and language versions

Questions, misuse reports, security concerns and requests for review may be sent to team@menuai.pro or by post to World Travel Club s.r.o., IČO 07214073, Ostrčilovo náměstí 462/4, Nusle, 128 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic. Identify the relevant service and issue without supplying unnecessary confidential information.

All language versions are intended to express equivalent conduct rules, rights and procedures. This Policy does not introduce an overriding language priority. Contact us about a discrepancy so it can be addressed under the applicable interpretation rules without restricting mandatory rights.

This Policy protects confidential information without publishing the platform’s internal implementation. That protection does not override the information, evidence or access that a customer, individual, auditor or authority is legally entitled to receive through an appropriate lawful process.
